Intrarom receives Best Technology Solution Provider award together with Genesys

Bucharest - 22 April 2013: INTRAROM, the IT&C Romanian leader announces its awarding of "Best Technology Solution Provider" for the Contact Centers industry together with Genesys, its partner. INTRAROM and Genesys received "Best Technology Solution Provider" award within the "Contact Center Awards Gala" that took place Friday 19th of April at the JW Marriott Hotel Bucharest. The award ceremony was part of a larger event (18-19 April) - "Customer Care Conference" - which is the most important event in the Eastern Europe and the only one that takes place annually in Romania addressing Customer Care industry.
